The extra report—

Dokdo,which belongs to our county, is loccated 100 ri from the headquaoter,
This month, 4th about 8 o’clock ,a ship anchored at 道洞浦 in the county,and japanese officials visited the official dwelling and announced that Dokdo was incorporated to Japan ,so they came to inspect.and visted this island on the way.
Japanese officials were 東文輔….
…..there were 10 and some people.
They asked the numeber of houses, the population, the amout of local productsand the
the number of staff and the expense and the investigated various office works and rocorded the results.
